Functions of the FESTO AR App
At an application module, the associated application module add-ons can be loaded by scanning the associated QR code.

-The live status of the application can be monitored (e.g. number of workpieces, live values (pressure,force,…
-The states of actors can be set. Also can be inintialised the commission of the application module
-The 3D model as well as product videos can be called up, so that the functionality of the application can be viewed

FESTO QR App
Each component of the FESTO Smartfactory can be accessed individually using separate software and a QR code which is placed on every machinery part.
For this purpose, you use an app called FESTO QR, which is available in every app store. Once you have downloaded and installed this software, you can scan the individual QR codes located at each station and access the corresponding content on a mobile device.
Among other things, you can view circuit diagrams, datasheets, simulations, as well as maintenance instructions.
Through this type of information retrieval, every employee is able to access the relevant data at the machine without the need for paper, and without having to search for documents in folders.
By scanning the QR code, you are automatically directed to the information portal of the FESTO company. There, all documents related to the Turn Over station are readily accessible for all interested users.
