| In the Smart Factory production process, there are various applications, and one of them is mounting. Mounting is responsible for installing the assembly cover onto the bottom side. When the appropriate load carrier arrives at the application, a mechanical movement opens, allowing the cover to be mounted. Once this step is completed, the pallet carrying the product proceeds to the bolt assembly station. This learning sequence will specifically focus on the mounting process, discussing the circuit diagram, sensors, actuators, the overall process chain, and the programming methods involved in such an application. |
